Fabrication in steel, stainless and aluminium. TIG and MIG, mandrel bends, formed and dimple-died sheet. Below is the everyday list. The one-offs are the reason to call.
Weld-in multi-point cages built around your shell and your seating position. Notched and fitted in the car, tied into the strut towers and rockers, with door bars, halos and harness mounts placed where they protect the driver instead of where they're easy to reach.
Mandrel-bent stainless, TIG welded and back-purged. Merge collectors, V-band joints so the car comes apart in the paddock, and hangers routed to clear the cage, the tunnel and the ground.
Sheet metal firewalls, transmission tunnels and rear bulkheads formed to the chassis, riveted and sealed. Made to keep heat, fuel and fumes out of the cabin and to pass tech without an argument.
Boxed rear compartments for fuel cells, pumps, surge tanks and coolers. Sealed away from the driver, panelled in aluminium and still serviceable with a rivet gun between sessions.
Relocated trays and enclosures built into the chassis or the rear structure, braced against the loads a track car actually sees, with the terminals covered and the cut-off where a marshal can find it.
